The management of the phytosanitary and fertilizer warehouse with the possibility of loading/unloading, automatic calculation of stock levels, and printing of the treatment register with all movements

The Warehouse functionality can be activated upon request by sending an email to the Customer Support Service

When the Warehouse functionality is active, the main menu (left horizontal menu) displays the appropriate drop-down menu called Warehouse

Below is a step-by-step procedure for creating a warehouse and managing product loading. The warehouse is automatically unloaded every time a field data containing a treatment or a fertilization is loaded.

The phytosanitary warehouse and the fertilizer warehouse are managed independently and separately (as required by regulations). Below is a guide related to the phytosanitary warehouse, which can also be used for loading the fertilizer warehouse.

The creation of the warehouse should be carried out only once at the beginning of each new year (generally in January).

1) Select the type of warehouse to work on (phytosanitary or fertilizer) from the Warehouse drop-down menu, then click on the New Warehouse button.

2) In the next screen, simply select the validity year for the new warehouse (the current year) and save.

3)The newly created warehouse will appear empty (no product inserted in the warehouse): you have successfully completed the creation of a new warehouse.
