Product warehouse

The management of the phytosanitary and fertilizer warehouse with the possibility of loading/unloading, automatic calculation of stock levels, and printing of the treatment register with all movements

The Warehouse functionality can be activated upon request by sending an email to the Customer Support Service

When the Warehouse functionality is active, the main menu (left horizontal menu) displays the appropriate drop-down menu called Warehouse

Below is a step-by-step procedure for creating a warehouse and managing product loading. The warehouse is automatically unloaded every time a field data containing a treatment or a fertilization is loaded.

The phytosanitary warehouse and the fertilizer warehouse are managed independently and separately (as required by regulations). Below is a guide related to the phytosanitary warehouse, which can also be used for loading the fertilizer warehouse.

Create the Warehouse

The creation of the warehouse should be carried out only once at the beginning of each new year (generally in January).

1) Select the type of warehouse to work on (phytosanitary or fertilizer) from the Warehouse drop-down menu, then click on the New Warehouse button.

The New Warehouse button allows the creation of the annual warehouse.

2) In the next screen, simply select the validity year for the new warehouse (the current year) and save.

3)The newly created warehouse will appear empty (no product inserted in the warehouse): you have successfully completed the creation of a new warehouse.

Upload TD

The loading of products into the warehouse occurs through the loading of the TD (transport documents) with which the products were purchased and received.

1) Select the transport document page (top left) and click on the New button.

2) Fill in the details of the new TD and save it.

3) Enter one by one the individual products listed on the TD, save each product, and finally save the TD.

• The insertion of each individual product is usually done by clicking on the white space (in the Product column) and typing the initials of the desired product. Then, one of the products displayed in the list (Ministry's database) is selected.

• Only if the desired product is not present in the displayed list, click on the + button (next to the word PRODUCT) and proceed with the manual insertion of a new product. Please note that manual insertion is not immediate: only after a few days, the new product will be validated and included in the list mentioned in the previous point.

Check stock availability

Consultation of the current status of the warehouse is simply done by opening the main page of the relevant warehouse (phytopharmaceuticals or fertilizers).

The main page of the warehouse shows the current state of the warehouse with the list of products and quantities currently available (based on loading/unloading operations performed).

In the actions column, it is possible to:

• delete a product from the warehouse (in this case it is also recommended to modify and/or delete the related TD in the dedicated page)

• view information related to the specific treatment of interest, in particular:

  • related loading TD;

  • unloading events (i.e. dates and information on the treatments performed).
