Product warehouse

The management of the phytosanitary and fertilizer warehouse with the possibility of loading/unloading, automatic calculation of stock levels.

The Warehouse functionality can be activated upon request by sending an email to the Customer Support Service

When the Warehouse feature is active the Main Menu (left horizontal) brings up the appropriate page called "Warehouse"

Product Warehouse Page

Below is a step-by-step procedure for creating a warehouse and managing product loading. The warehouse is automatically unloaded every time a field data containing a treatment or a fertilization is loaded.

The phytosanitary warehouse and the fertilizer warehouse are managed independently and separately (as required by regulations). Below is a guide related to the phytosanitary warehouse, which can also be used for loading the fertilizer warehouse.

Create the Warehouse

The creation of the warehouse should be carried out only once at the beginning of each new year (generally in January).

1) Click on the Warehouse page and then on the “Actions” and “New Warehouse” button.

2) In the next screen, simply select the validity year for the new warehouse (the current year), company of reference and then save.

The new stock only needs to be created once at the beginning of each new year. Stocks from the previous year will be loaded automatically.

Upload the warehouse

Loading products into the Warehouse is done by loading the DDTs (shipping documents) with which you purchased and received the products.

1) Click on the Warehouse page and then on the “Actions” and “Load Warehouse” button.

2) Fill in the generalities of the TD and products

Enter the DDT number, date of purchase, invoice number, supplier and products purchased with their respective quantities and cost.

Then click on “Save.”

In case you create a new warehouse, not having had a warehouse the previous year, you can load the stock in the warehouse by indicating “Previous year's stock” in the “DDT Number” box.

To enter a new supplier click on the “+” and enter the following fields: company name, IVA number, address and the qualification which is mandatory. After entering the supplier, when loading a subsequent DDT you can choose from the drop-down menu from the suppliers already entered.

Consultation of the current status of the warehouse is done by clicking on the warehouse of interest (pesticide or fertilizer)

The main warehouse page shows the current status of the warehouse with a list of products and quantities currently present and available (based on loading/unloading operations performed).

Treatments store

In the actions column, it is possible to:

• view information about the individual product of interest, specifically

  • “Load” shows me the DDT number and the quantity of product purchased;

  • “Unload” shows me the date and remaining amount of product.

Consultation of DDTs is done by clicking on “DDTs” on the “Warehouse” page and then on “Actions

Transport Document

In the "actions" column you can:

1. Delete an existing TD;

2. View the information related to the TD;

3. Edit the existing DDT by deleting an existing product, uploading a new product, changing the quantity of product purchased, changing the information on the DDT such as supplier, date, invoice number, or DDT number
